Welcome to Align Healing!!

Hello, my name is Alyson Pray. I am the founder of Align Healing LLC and creator of the ALIGN Program for health and wellness. The mission of Align Healing is to teach clients how to heal and restore their mental, physical and emotional health. 

The ALIGN Program is an integration of nutrition, fitness and spiritual philosophy that I developed through my experience as a professional dancer, my education in Alternative Medicine and my study of A Course In Miracles. I believe that our natural condition is one of optimal health and happiness. It is simply a matter of "aligning" the body and mind to this state. I guide clients on this healing journey and provide them with the tools necessary to achieve their goals.
